Six Member Board of Directors Selected - April 28, 2006

Six Member Board of Directors Selected - April 28, 2006

On Thursday, April 27, NoInvaders.Org held its first board of directors meeting with the election of six directors. We approved the current Articles of Incorporation and single amendment by a 6-0 vote, and approved the Bylaws by a 6-0 vote with one change, the annual board meeting will be the second Tuesday of each January. 501 (c) (3) status is now pending and should be accepted soon. I as acting President will formerly run for the position at our next meeting, Thursday, May 12, and we will elect a Secretary at that time. All officers hold positions for 2-year terms. We anticipate 3 more prospective board directors will attend May 12 and will run and hopefully be elected then.

The budget will be managed by myself including spending for advertising, raw materials, and equipment until we agree on a budget when the board of directors convene in two weeks. We will investigate pursuing a series of campaigns with a nationally renown non-profit marketing group. Consideration will be given to electing a Chief Financial Officer.

We ultimately desire a board with at least 11 members. If you are local to southern California and would consider attending board meetings once or twice a month in the Temecula area, please reply and let me know your name, e-mail address, phone number, and a brief introduction on why you would like to serve the board. Also, if you live near the Arizona, New Mexico, or Texas southern borders, let me know if you are interested in participating in adjunct facilities that will manage fencing equipment, raw materials, and deployment of crews.

Please feel free to stay up-to-date by visiting http://www.BorderFenceProject.com anytime. Your donations and voluntary support are greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Sincerely,

Jim Wood

NoInvaders.Org President
